When All Calls Medical customers push their personal emergency response system pendants, they will speak with Utah operators who are EMD (Emergency Medical Dispatcher) Certified through International Academies of Emergency Dispatching. This certification is held by few PERS monitoring centers in the country.

This system features a two-way speaker phone, silent weekly auto dial tests (checks connectivity), a base unit with up to 80 hours of back-up battery power, a battery monitored/waterproof panic button and a panic button range of 600-1000 feet. Available in a wristband or necklace.
